to enter up to three gift cards toward one purchase.
If you have more you’d like to apply to a single order, call 1 (888) 509-2269, and
a creation L account specialist will help you.
If your purchase is more than the amount on your E-Gift card(s), a credit card is
required and the balance will be placed on your credit card. If your purchase, including
shipping, handling and applicable taxes, is less than the amount on your purchase,
the balance will remain on the E-Gift card.

your E-Gift card number at hand, you then can give the numbers highlighted above to the creation L
account specialist.
Lost Or Stolen
If this card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, creation L may replace it if you provide
the original receipt or card. Replacement card will be the value
of the card at the time creation L receives your report of loss, theft or unauthorized
use.
Cash Redemption
Your card is redeemable for cash when the balance is less than $5 or as otherwise
required by law. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of E-Gift cards.
Expiration
This E-Gift card does not expire. Cardholders may take their time and select
the apparel most pleasing for them season after season.

E-Gift Cards And Discount Offers
Special offers or discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. However,
when an E-Gift card is redeemed, it can be combined with a special offer or discount
offer and used to pay for items. If you purchase both E-Gift cards and items online
and enter a promo code, the promo will be applied only to the merchandise in your
order.
Your E-Gift recipient's Guarantee
We are only happy when you are. This guarantee extends to your gift recipient whom
we are positive will be thrilled with the gift she is about to receive.
We are so positive that if she is ever unsatisfied with a creation L purchase, she
may return it within 90 days for a prompt exchange or refund – her choice.
Please note that any refund would be given to her in the form of another E-Gift
card – since that would be her original method of payment.
