The exact reason your order was cancelled is unique to what you ordered.
If your order was cancelled, it is most likely that:

- The shipping information is incorrect.
- We were unable to verify your credit card and billing information.
If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. You are not charged for a cancelled order before it ships.
The full amount of the order will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your account to reflect the refunded amount.
